By accessing or using TheLinkTree, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. TheLinkTree is an independent platform and is not affiliated with Linktree® (linktr.ee).

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use TheLinkTree. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may use TheLinkTree to create and share a link-in-bio page, manage links, customize appearance, view analytics, and use other features we make available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

You agree to:

• Use TheLinkTree only for lawful purposes.
• Ensure content you publish does not infringe others’ rights.
• Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation in a deceptive way.
• Not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the service.
• Comply with our policies and any applicable third-party platform rules when linking out.

TheLinkTree branding, software, design, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload or publish. By posting content on TheLinkTree, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

You may not:

• Upload malware, engage in phishing, or distribute spam.
• Host or promote illegal content, exploitation, or violent criminal activity.
• Attempt to scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.
• Impersonate others or create accounts through unauthorized automation.
• Use TheLinkTree to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
• Engage in activity that generates invalid advertising traffic or violates ad network policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheLinkTree and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

You may stop using TheLinkTree and delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where TheLinkTree’s operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
